How can I lose weight really fast, in like 2 days?
someone help me please, I’m tired of looking at myself, I need to lose weight fast
Oh please don’t put yourself on such a short time limit. I admire your ambition to lose weight, but do it realistically.
When I used to try to lose weight fast, my body would go into starvation mode and I got the most terrible headaches… it’s really your body telling you, "this is bad for me!"
Goals are great for weight loss, but make them realistic. Sometimes, even when you’re doing the best you can, the scales won’t budge for a few days. Your body adjusts to changes slowly, but getting used to a healthy lifestyle will be worth it.

Loosing weight fast is dangerous. You will most likely put back more than you take off.
Boxers loose weight by sitting in a sauna but this is all water weight. By the time they are ready to fight, they gain it all back by drinking. This is harmful to your kidneys so don’t do it.

i’m not sure about losing weigt,but,maybe try body wraps,they say you can lose quite a bit of inches in short period of time. hope that works for you.

dont even kid yourself or kill yourself dont play around with stuff like that be careful take the time your body needs to lose the fat eat healthyer and do 20-30 minutes of phisycal exersize a day drink water not soda and you r body will lose the fat when its ready dont take it so serious `cause 2 days isnt going to happen

you can loose like 1/2 a pound or maybe 1 if you eat healthy and get sum serious excercise might i recommend crunches or situps god bless and good luck!

you can’t, it took time to put the weight on, it eill take time to take it off, and anything you do to loose weight that fast is very unhealthy and can have long term effects on your body (not good ones)
