Losing fat fast and quick. Probably the number one dream of most Americans. You can&#039;t. Exercise...get a good weight training program...and eat sensible balanced meals and treats in moderation. Also college isn&#039;t high school. I don&#039;t think you will be getting mocked by &quot;seniors&quot;. Concentrate on changing your lifestyle to get a better body. Do cardio exercise 5 days a week, weight train 3 or 4 days a week. Eat healthy. Simple as that.
