How can i lose body fat quickly?

Im 16 and im seriously about to cry. i saw a photo of me on a website in my swim suit and it was not pretty. Im a bit over 5′7” 151ish pounds. i’m not over huge ( 40;31;38 are my measuremanet at like 39% body fat) but i refuse to let myself become obeice. i’m so upset and just want to know how can i get rid of my body fat quickly( im also a heart patient)

Eat healthy foods and do not eat carbs after 5pm. Also, stop eating 3 hours before bedtime. Workout 4-5 days per week with at least 20 minutes of toning exercises (pilates is great!) and then do 20-30 minutes of cardio (running, jogging, dancing) afterwards. Best of luck!

It sounds like you have medical problems and should probably talk to your doctor about how to lose weight safely. It won’t be easy and it won’t be quick. Nothing good in life is.

DO eat smaller meals, but more frequently and make sure they are healthy.
    DO exercise regularly
DO get about 8 hours sleep every night

    DO NOT starve yourself.
DO NOT splurge on junk food
    DO NOT take pills.

    Hope I helped

Go by what your doctor says. You are a heart patient so you have to be very careful.

Start doing mild cardio 15 to 25 mins 5 days a week, take care of your calorie intake, consult your doctor before. Believe me its easier than it looks.

Stay away from anything that has High Fructose Corn Syrup in it. It is in everything, and it is devastating to people’s metabolisms. Big part of the obesity epedemic and diabetes problem in the US. Also stay away from Aspertame (nutrasweet)..it has been linked to obesity also.
People’s bodies have a hard time breaking that crap down, because it is not natural.
Beyond that.. 5 small healthy meals a day. Drink at least 8, 8oz glasses of water a day. Staying hydrated increases your metabolism.
To really rev your metabolism..each a handful of almonds for breakfast each day.. then yogurt and string cheese around 11. Good high protein lunch.. small afternoon snack and then a small dinner around 6. Try not to eat after 8PM.

Lastly.. it takes your body a lot of calories to maintain muscle. If you build muscle..your body is in a constant state of repair and you burn way more calories than just doing cardio. You even burn while you sleep.
