How to lose abdominal fat, lose weight?

I’ve been doing sit-ups for over a month, yeah people can get good ab muscle tone from that, but how do you really get to loose those ab fat? Is jogging a good way of doing it?

The only solution to consistently lose your abdominal fat and keep it off for good is to combine a sound nutritious diet full of unprocessed natural foods with a properly designed strategic exercise program that stimulates the necessary hormonal and metabolic response within your body. Both your food intakes as well as your training program are important if you are to get this right.

Here is a list of some Super Foods “Healthy Fat Burner Foods “.
1- Raw milk, full-fat raw milk certainly does not make you any fatter. Many people who "think" they are lactose intolerant actually can drink raw milk without a problem? This is because the live enzymes and friendly bacteria in raw milk aid in the digestion of the lactose and the proteins in milk. These enzymes and friendly bacteria are destroyed in pasteurized milk, which makes it more difficult to digest for many people. And don’t forget the high levels of fat-burning, muscle building CLA in full-fat, raw, grass fed milk (and omega-3).

2- Eggs, eggs are basically meat. Eggs are practically a perfect food in term of nutrition density.

3- Extra virgin olive oil, for lower temperature cooking or used as a healthy salad dressing oil.

4- Virgin coconut oil, great for temperatures of cooking due to it’s high stability under heat. A great source of healthy saturated fats.

5- Fermented Foods, Fermentation allows the bacteria, yeasts and mold to predigest and therefore break down the carbohydrates, fats, and proteins to create probiotics which offer friendly bacteria into the digestive tract. This helps keep our immune system strong and supports overall digestive health. Fermented foods include: Acidophilus milk, blue cheese, chocolate, cider, coffee, cultured vegetables, kefir, olives, pickles, soy sauce, tea, vinegar, and yogurt.

6- Grass fed meats and wild caught salmon, have more beta-carotene, vitamin E and omega-3 fatty acids than beef produced using conventional cattle-feeding strategies.

7- Grass fed raw dairy cheeses and butter, they are a complete and properly balanced food. Raw dairy contains a wealth of healthy substances including: amino acids, enzymes, vitamins, minerals, and healthy fats such as CLA.

8- Avocados. Avocados contain oleic acid, a monounsaturated fat that help to lower cholesterol.

9- Almonds, walnuts, pecans, and other nuts. Almonds and walnuts sit at the top of heap of nutrition. Nuts are high in monounsaturated fats. In addition to their cholesterol-lowering effects, nuts’ reduce heart disease risk due to the antioxidation action of vitamin E.

10- Sprouts. Sprouts are one of the most complete and nutritionally beneficial of all foods. Sprouts preserve our body’s enzymes, which is extremely important. Almost any vegetable or grain can be consumed from sprouts.

11- Tomatoes. Tomatoes are a rich source of several nutrients. They are well known for their high vitamin C content, but also contain significant amount of vitamin A, b vitamins including niacin and riboflavin, magnesium, phosphorous, and calcium. Tomatoes also a good source of chromium, folate, and fiber.

As you have noticed, exercising your abdominal’s is onlyguaranteed to do one thing: build abdominal muscles. Burning excess calories and body fat is best done by cardio that lasts for over 30 minutes. You need to get your heart rate up and keep it up. You can also try mixing cardio with muscle tone exercises in a circuit that lasts at least 30-60 minutes. Circuits keep your heart rate up, but also keeps your body "guessing" as the workout keeps changing causing the body to work extra hard. Good luck.

Doing sit ups/crunched, whatever, only do about 15% of getting your abs toned. Cardio and diet are the 2 most important things to obtaining a 6 pack, It’s impossible to just do it with Sit ups alone.
To get rid of the fat you’ll need to run about 20-30 minutes a day. Try walk for only a few seconds to catch you’re breath. Walking barely does anything, you really need to jog instead.
Secondly you need to go on a diet. Proteins are the best thing you can eat, things like meat, nuts, yogurt, grains, eggs.
Cut down on the carbs since they can get you overweight (Things like bread, potato, pasta, It’s easy to just look up on Google)
Just don’t completely stop eating them since they give you the power to exercise.
And of course don’t eat any fatty foods since they will make all you’re hard work for nothing. If you must, try get something with a minimum of sugar and fat as possible.

And crunches are better for toning the lower area of the stomach, where as Sit ups do more of the upper stomach.

First of all, make sure you have a healthy diet. Cardio is best for losing the excess fat around your stomach. Lots of cardio like running, rope jumping, stair running, cycling, etc (at least 30 mins per day). In addition, your strength exercises, i.e, push-ups, crunches (do a variety of crunches, sit-ups, leg raises, etc.)
