How to lose belly fat quickly and easily…?

I have abs but they are only visible on the top part of my stomach area and the bottom has a little bit of fat covering that part, i was wondering how I would be able to get rid of all the fat and have abs everywhere

to tell you the truth, the quick and easy programs are usually don’t really work because it is just another scam.
by the way, the lower belly fat is the harder to remove because this is where the fat go first and this is where it will disappear last.
anyway, if you want to know how to lose that lower belly and get a nice 6 pack abs, just keep reading (it’s a little bit more then 2 lines…)

How do I quickly lose body fat?

I am around 15% body fat and would like to know how to quickly lower my body fat to around 8% body fat as fast as possible. Someone please tell me the secret. Thanks

You can’t lose more than 1-2 pounds of bodyfat per week without compromising on lean muscle mass. The best way to get rid of excess bodyfat is to do extra cardio exercise (that is, cardio exercise IN ADDITION TO everything else you are doing) plus a moderate reduction of food calories (preferably reducing simple carbohydrate intake, and not reducing protein intake).

how can I gain muscle and lose fat quickly?

I am going to Hawaii in like 3 months and last year when I went I did not get to enjoy myself as much because I felt really flabby…..but I am trying to lose weight. I am a 14 year old guy with No time to exercise! how can I lose fat and gain muscle?!

There is no sure-fire way to lose weight that is both fast and easy. In fact, you shouldn’t be rushing into it to quickly anyway, since more than about 2 pounds per week of fat loss can be dangerous. Instead of a specific diet, my advice to you would be to simply lower the amount of food you eat overall on a day to day basis, without taking out necessary parts of your diet (fruits, veggies, grain, protein, dairy, etc.) This method has helped me control my stomach. An easy way to reduce your food intake is to eliminate between-meal snacks. Eat several small meals per day, don’t eat before you go to bed, and don’t skip breakfast! Also, keep up the exercise. On the days you don’t run, go for walks. Walking is an excellent fat-burner! I hope this helps you out!

You can’t lose body fat quickly, it is a gradual process. If you lose too much weight too quickly, ie more than 1lb-2lb per week, then you just lose muscle.

As for the examples, the 5ft5 person at 155lb may want to lose weight, as they are at least 5lb overweight. The 5ft2 ,113lb person does not need to lose weight.

How can you lose thigh fat quickly?

I have a natural tendency to have larger thighs and I was wondering if anyone can help because I know it’s possible- during summer vacation I got an ulsar and ate nothing but applesauce for 2 weeks and my thighs were tiny. And I am not going anorexic so don’t even think about saying that.

There is no such thing as "thigh fat." Spot reduction doesn’t work, this is according to my doctor and dietitian. You lose weight as a whole unit. You do have a first gain spot, that attracts extra pounds first, but if you are gaining weight, it will be all of you. With that said, burning more calories than you consume will make you lose weight and if you achieve this through leg exercise (running, jogging, squats, squat thrusts, elliptical machine, etc) the thighs will tone and get firmer. You will shed pounds to reveal your shapelier thighs.
