What is the best way to lose weight really fast?

I go to the gym for up to three hours every other night. I eat really well too, well I only eat dinner but I can’t stomach food during the day.

Anyway, how can I lose around 15kg in a around a month? I am 60kg now.

The short answer is: The best way to lose weight really fast is to reduce your calories and exercise HARD.

This will cause a large calorie deficit which will help you lose weight fast.

However, there are some exceptions:

– If you reduce your calorie too much, your body goes into starvation mode and starts to fight weight loss. For most people, this is at 1200 calories. For other people, it’s a little higher or a little lower– but the point is– reduce your caloric intake but not to the point you’re starving.

– Exercise makes some people eat more. Exercise is great for health– but it isn’t ALWAYS great for weight loss. Everybody is different. Some people’s bodies responds to exercise with hunger. If you are this type of person– you may just want to stick to caloric reduction and lay off the hard exercise.

So those are the two exceptions. But generally speaking, for most people, reduced calories plus exercise will result in fast weight loss.

I have abs but they are only visible on the top part of my stomach area and the bottom has a little bit of fat covering that part, i was wondering how I would be able to get rid of all the fat and have abs everywhere

to tell you the truth, the quick and easy programs are usually don’t really work because it is just another scam.
by the way, the lower belly fat is the harder to remove because this is where the fat go first and this is where it will disappear last.
anyway, if you want to know how to lose that lower belly and get a nice 6 pack abs, just keep reading (it’s a little bit more then 2 lines…)

Part 1: Running: it’s cheap, accessible, and you get quick results. No membership to the gym required, and all you need are a pair of running shoes, shorts, and a shirt. If you run around your neighborhood for 45 minutes to an hour for 5 or 6 days a week, you’ll lose abdominal fat, your thighs will shrink and become muscular, you’ll look leaner, you’ll sleep better, and you’ll be able to do other fun physical activities like hiking more easily.

Part 2: Strength training. Again, easy, accessible, cheap. No membership to the gym required. You can lift weights right in your own home. For example, take a dictionary to start, balance it on your hands while laying down, and lift up and down. Ta-da, strength training for the arms. Or, buy a set of weights from a sports store; they’re relatively inexpensive.

Part 3: Cut back on the junk food and replace it with fruits, vegetables, low-fat dairy products, lean meats, whole grains, etc. Your diet doesn’t have to be so strict that you end up binging on the bad stuff. Just make substitutions. Instead of ice cream, eat frozen yogurt. For your chips substitute, eat fat-free Pringles. Make sure you get enough of the good calories, and don’t skip any of the food groups! (that means no low-carb diets) Any mineral or vitamin deficiency in your diet will compromise your energy stores and your overall health. Get involved in your cooking, so you know exactly what’s going into your mouth. Look up healthy recipes on the internet. You’ll find that a lot of these healthier foods taste much better than you thought they would. (Plus, you’re spending the same amount of money on food; you’re just buying different stuff.)

Part 4: Reward yourself every now and then. It’s fine to live a little. Just make sure you’re only rewarding yourself once or twice a week.

Part 5: Stay active even on your recovery days. Take a hike with friends in the mountains. Go for a leisurely swim. Bike with a significant other. Pick up a sport hobby, like tennis.

Part 6: Keep at it and have patience. You didn’t gain the weight overnight, so you’re not going to lose it overnight. Don’t expect to lose more than 2 pounds per week. Doctors and dietitians recommend this amount; anything else is considered to be unhealthy. The combination of eating right and exercising regularly WORKS. You’ll become leaner and you’ll stay that way if you continue to eat right and exercise daily.
I’m trying to lose 15/20 pounds.

Sig P239: Solid Rep, Fast Shooter

Once considered a compact pistol option, the Sig P239 understandably has many faithful followers. It remains an well-proven design. That’s because the P239 shares many of the excellent characteristics of its larger stablemates like the P225, P228, and P226. Expect excellent accuracy, a fine single action trigger (once transitioned from DA in firing), great sights, lots of accessory options, superb reliability, excellent fit and finish, and the ability to do quick follow up shots. This speed in firing is partially due to the substantial 29.5 oz weight. That’s a lot for a gun that just provides 8+1 rounds of firepower. Moreover the carry package is no longer competitive in the compact category, given today’s more size-efficient competitors like the Kahr PM9/40 or Kel-Tec PF-9. Those guns offer similar firepower with substantially less weight and bulk. So don’t expect the P239 to function in the officers backup role really; its just too heavy and bulky. However as a primary CCW or off-duty gun the P239 will excel when paired with a well-designed holster (shoulder or IWB preferred). Many fans have found that the additional bulk and weight is a good thing and enhance the outstanding shootability of the P239. Ergos on the gun, like most Sigs, are excellent and many female shooters will love the smaller grip circumference (and lessened recoil compared to other polymer guns). Add in a super simple takedown and high retained resale values and the attraction to the P239, even today, remains intact. If you can accommodate the weight and limited rounds, the outstanding Sig P239 is one of best compact-full-size pistol options available.
